どこいるの / Linkmap
アカウントとデータの削除
Android アプリ「どこいるの」(英語名 Linkmap / パッケージ名 com.ryunos.linkmap、 開発者 ryunos) のアカウントと、サーバーに保存されている全てのデータの 削除を請求できます。
削除を請求する
下記のアドレス宛に、アプリに登録しているメールアドレスから メールを送信してください。本人確認のため、登録済みのアドレスからの 送信をお願いしています。
アプリをすでにアンインストールされている場合も、この方法で請求できます。 請求を受け付けてから30日以内に削除を完了し、 完了後にご連絡します。
アプリからも削除できます
アプリをご利用中の場合は、アプリの設定画面からご自身で削除することもできます。 メールでの請求をお待ちいただく必要がないため、こちらの方法をおすすめします。
削除されるデータ
削除を実行すると、以下の全てが完全に削除されます。

| 購読状態 | アプリ内購入・購読の記録 |
| 認証情報 | サインインに使用されるトークン |
削除は取り消せません。
削除したデータを元に戻すことはできません。 同じ Google アカウントで再度サインインした場合は、 新規のユーザーとして登録されます。
あなたを共有相手として登録している他のユーザーの画面からも、 あなたの情報は削除されます。
削除後も残る情報
Google Play での購入履歴・返金に関する記録は Google が保持するもので、 当方では削除できません。詳しくは Google Play のヘルプをご確認ください。
当方のサーバーには、上記の表に挙げたデータを残しません。
Request deletion (English)
You can request deletion of your account and all data stored on our servers for the Android app Linkmap (Japanese name: どこいるの, package: com.ryunos.linkmap, developer: ryunos).
Send an email to the address below from the email address registered in the app. We ask for this to verify your identity.
You can use this method even if you have already uninstalled the app. We will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request, and notify you once it is done.
If you still have the app installed, you can also delete your account yourself from the app's settings screen.
What is deleted
- Account — your email address and registration details
- Location data — recorded positions, timestamps and battery levels
- Device information — device maker, model and the name you gave it
- Sharing relationships — users you share with, and pending share requests
- Subscription status — in-app purchase and subscription records
- Credentials — tokens used to sign you in
Deletion cannot be undone.
Deleted data cannot be restored. If you sign in again with the same Google account, you will be registered as a new user.
Your information is also removed from the screens of other users who share location with you.
What remains after deletion
Purchase and refund records held by Google Play belong to Google and cannot be deleted by us. Please refer to Google Play Help for details. No data listed above is retained on our servers.
